Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing or using the 62ph Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in a promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms, the 62ph Privacy Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms become effective from the date of your registration and remain in force until your Account is closed, whether by you or by 62ph. Continuation of Platform use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

62ph reserves the right to require Players to re-acknowledge acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following material amendments. Failure to re-acknowledge when requested may result in temporary suspension of Account access until confirmation is provided.

To be eligible to use the 62ph Platform, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the 62ph Platform or any platform with which 62ph shares exclusion data;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 62ph or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or gaming providers;
• Not have previously had an Account closed by 62ph for breach of these Terms.

62ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate an Account pending verification. 62ph shall bear no liability for any financial loss arising from transactions made by ineligible Players.

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the 62ph Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, contact information, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 62ph requires completion of KYC verification. Players must submit:

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, or equivalent); and
• A live selfie photograph holding the presented ID, taken at the time of submission.

62ph processes KYC submissions within two (2) business days. 62ph reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity. Withdrawal processing is suspended during the KYC review period.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their login email or mobile number and password. 62ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

Players must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 62ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account.

62ph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where such access results from a failure in 62ph's own security infrastructure.

All monetary transactions on the 62ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment methods registered to the Account holder's verified identity.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player Wallet upon confirmed receipt by 62ph's payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are credited within seconds of transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported institutions) are credited upon bank confirmation, typically within one (1) business day. 62ph does not charge a deposit fee; network fees imposed by your e-wallet or bank provider are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the Player's verified name;
• Real-money deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (to prevent money laundering). Deposits not yet wagered may be returned to the original deposit method, subject to a processing review;
• Any applicable Bonus Fund wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; InstaPay — near-instant; Bank transfer — 1 to 4 hours during standard banking hours. 62ph reserves the right to extend processing times in circumstances of enhanced due diligence review.

62ph offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 62ph bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players with verified accounts only;
• Each Player may claim a specific bonus offer no more than once, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Unfulfilled bonus balances expire upon the deadline;
• 62ph reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice;
• Where a Player withdraws real-money funds while a bonus is active, 62ph may, at its discretion, remove the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from the Account.

Each game category on the 62ph Platform — including Live Casino, RNG Table Games, Slots, Sports Betting, Bingo, and Arcade Games — is subject to its own specific game rules, which are published within the respective game interface or section.

The following general bet integrity rules apply across all 62ph game categories:

• All game outcomes, once confirmed by the 62ph system, are final and binding;
• Bets placed after an event result has been determined, or after a game round has been declared closed by the system, are void;
• In the event of a technical malfunction (server error, disconnection, display error), all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to the Player Wallet;
• Obvious pricing or odds errors in Sports Betting markets — where prices are demonstrably incorrect compared to fair market value — may be voided by 62ph at its sole discretion, regardless of whether bets have been accepted;
• Live Casino games are governed by the rules of the respective live dealer provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming). Where game provider rules conflict with 62ph rules, the game provider's rules prevail for in-game decisions.

62ph's RNG game outcomes are independently certified by recognized testing authorities. Certification reports are available upon written request to 62ph support.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 62ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) 62ph Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any capacity, including to place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature;
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 62ph staff, live dealer personnel, or other Players through any Platform communication channel;
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers without first raising the matter with 62ph support through the formal complaints process.

All content on the 62ph Platform — including but not limited to the 62ph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is owned by 62ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use 62ph's name, branding, or intellectual property in any external context without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 62ph's total aggregate liability to any Player — arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their 62ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

62ph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including payment processors, internet service providers, or live dealer studio outages;
• Financial losses arising from a Player's own breach of these Terms;
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Changes to applicable law that restrict or prohibit a Player's use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 62ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

62ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible net losses over a defined period. Changes follow the same rules as deposit limits;
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Set a maximum session duration or receive time-in-play notifications;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net session result;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all 62ph services for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period;
• Permanent Closure: Request permanent Account closure at any time with no reinstatement option.

Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it is never appropriate to gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

62ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of these Terms by the Player;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding ninety (90) consecutive days, subject to applicable dormant account provisions;
• The Player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for breach, 62ph may, at its discretion, retain all funds in the Account — including deposited funds, bonus credits, and outstanding winnings — pending investigation. Where closure results in no finding of breach, the net real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within thirty (30) days.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting 62ph support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Internal Complaints Procedure: In the event of a dispute, Players must first raise the matter with 62ph's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 62ph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

Escalation: If a complaint remains unresolved after the internal procedure, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Philippines, in English, before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

62ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the 62ph Platform for at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect; and/or
• An email or in-platform notification sent to the Player's registered contact details.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
